Mapping Matrix and Business Case Justification

 One of the most important components to getting a design past the concept phase is making sure that there is a business justification. Business justification can be as simple as "High Demand" or "it's extremely useful" or have a more complex profitability analysis. In any case there needs to be a business justification, because without it, there is simply no incentive for a business to produce it.
